The JMHS Choral Department, in beautiful Vienna, Virginia, has been a thriving center for choral musicians for over 60 years.  Students from James Madison Choir are continually selected for district and state honors choirs and many have continued on to study music at the collegiate level and beyond. The Choir program has been under the direction of Claire Rowan since 2004.  Throughout her years at JMHS, the program has more than doubled in size and has been recognized for it's student-centric focus and commitment to community outreach.
